How soon can I access my video after the race?

Our expert team ensures your video is edited and emailed to you within 7-10 days post-race.

Do I need to Pre-order?

No you don’t need to pre-order. Our cameras capture every competitor so you can order your video anytime.

Can I see my video before I order?

Unfortunately we only edit videos that are ordered. We will have sample videos to showcase how the footage looks but because of the time it takes to carefully edit your video with love and care we only edit to orders.

Are the camera positions the same for all competitors?

Yes the camera positions are the same for all competitors, every camera angle will show you too.

If my category race does multiple laps will my video include footage of me from all cameras on all laps?

Yes your video will show you at all cameras each time you pass them, from the start line right through to crossing the finish line.

Do I need to wear any special gear for the video tracking?

No additional gear is required. Our system captures and identifies riders using race plates and bib numbers.

Can I change or edit my video?

Yes of course, once you receive the video you can reply with editing requests and we will apply them free of charge..
